Microsoft v. Barnes & Noble

From Goodbye, Microsoft© and Grocklaw we learn that Barnes & Noble are fighting Microsoft's suit over the Android™ operating system. Hoorah.

Perhaps Microsoft are accustomed to suing computer companies, who are (with a few honorable exceptions) willing to roll over. But Barnes & Noble started out as a book seller. Book sellers are a tougher crowd, accustomed to defending their (and your) First Amendment rights. Case in point, Denver's Tattered Cover.
